Our Vision & Values
Our School Vision
At Crondall Primary School, our vision is to be outstanding in every sense of the word. We are committed to providing the best education for every child, believing that academic excellence is important but not the only goal of education.
- We are passionate about improving academic outcomes, but we also recognize the importance of developing well-rounded individuals.
- We work closely with parents and the wider community to provide opportunities for all children to succeed.
- We celebrate all successes, no matter how big or small, ensuring that every child feels valued and proud of their achievements.
- Our aim is to inspire a love of learning, equipping children with the tools they need to navigate an ever-changing world.
- The skills we develop in children will help them think independently, challenge themselves, and deal with real-life experiences beyond the classroom.
- We focus on building confident and resilient learners who are ready for the next stage of their journey.
- We provide a safe and caring environment where children are encouraged and supported to be the best they can be.
Our STAR values
Our STAR values were co-created by staff and children, and they form the heart of our school culture. These values, alongside British values, are not taught as separate lessons but are deeply embedded in all aspects of school life.
- Our STAR values are reflected in assemblies, classroom activities, and throughout the school day.
- They shape the way we work together as a community and help us to foster a positive, respectful, and caring environment.
The STAR values guide us in everything we do, benefitting everyone in the school community.
